We price by trailer space used, with a $150 minimum pickup. One all in number before any work begins, labor, carry out, disposal and travel included.

Approve it and we can usually start on the spot. Say no and you owe us nothing.
Straight talk on pricing
We charge by trailer utilization
You pay for the space your stuff takes up in the trailer, not by the hour. Load a quarter of it, pay for a quarter of it. Labor, carry out, disposal and travel are all included in the number we give you.

When we schedule a time with you, we respect it. If something unexpected comes up, we'll text or call and let you know. Your time matters.
You don't lift a thing
Just point to what you want gone. We'll do all the lifting, loading and cleanup, no matter where the items are.
No surprises
Before we begin, you'll receive a clear, upfront price for the job. If you approve it, we'll get to work. If you don't, there's no obligation.
We treat your home like it's ours
We work carefully, respect your property, and clean up before we leave. We want your space to look better than when we arrived.
We do the right thing
Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local organizations like DCCH Center for Children and Families and recycle materials before anything goes to the landfill.
