What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup address, ZIP code, a description of the items to be removed, and how you heard about us.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule your estimate, complete the job, and follow up about the service. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Communication
By submitting the form you consent to receive service-related emails, calls and texts about your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying or calling (859) 449-7738.
Data retention
Quote requests are stored securely and kept only as long as needed for our records and customer service. You may request deletion of your information by emailing help@nkyjunkdads.com.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses Google Tag Manager (which loads Google Analytics) and the Meta Pixel to understand which ads and searches bring people to us. These place cookies in your browser and share your visit with Google and Meta. None of them load until you accept the cookie notice at the bottom of the page. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back.
Text messages
Text message consent is separate and optional. You are never required to agree to texts in order to request an estimate, and we never share or sell your phone number to anyone for their own marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Emails about your estimate, your job, and your invoice are service messages and will keep coming while your job is open. Any promotional email we send carries an unsubscribe link in the footer, and opting out of those never affects messages about work you have booked.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email help@nkyjunkdads.com or call (859) 449-7738 and we will handle it within 45 days. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the cookie tracking described above, which you control.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
