Many estate cleanouts can be completed in a single day, while larger homes or more complex projects may require additional time. During your estimate, we'll provide a realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. We regularly work with family members, executors, estate attorneys and real estate professionals. We understand these situations can be emotional, and we're committed to making the process as simple, respectful and stress free as possible.

Can I choose which items stay before you begin?

Absolutely. You remain in complete control throughout the process. We'll review everything with you before we begin to ensure only the items you want removed are taken.

What happens to usable furniture and household items?

Whenever possible, we donate usable furniture and household items to organizations like DCCH Center for Children and Families right here in Northern Kentucky. We also recycle materials whenever possible to reduce landfill waste.
